NEWS that Rwanda will be included in this year's edition of Big Brother Africa has caused excitement among Rwandans. Word reaching our desk indicates that TBB's Martin Kasirye alias Mc Tino and Mc/DJ Anita Pendo are warming up for the auditions.
Mc Tino is widely known for his great sense of humor as a social events host and radio presenter on K fm radio. In an interview with The New Times, Mc Tino confirmed he had intentions to audition for BBA 2014.
"I am going to register for Big Brother Africa 2014, I kindly ask my fans to pray for me such that I go to the house and bring the money home," said Mc Tino.
Anita Pendo also confirmed the rumours. "My focus is now on Big Brother. I'm currently watching Youtube clips of previous shows to get an understanding of what the show is all about and how I can qualify. I can't wait for that day to audition," Pendo said.
When asked about reports that he is another celebrity interested, comedian Arthur Nkusi remained tight lipped. "I had rumours that I could be a good contender for the show but I haven't thought about it and even if I did it would be too early to disclose," Nkusi said.
It will be the first time for Rwanda to take part in the controversial reality TV show that features 14 other countries.
