Day 29 Highlights

19:00 Idris briefs in the Comedy Sketch Show brief due to presented on Wednesday night.

18:55  Macky 2 "All of you are, brothers and sisters, I know this is just a game, but..."

18:47  Macky 2 is in the diary room and receives his gift as the winner of "Who is the sneakiest Hotshot?" Tayo hugs him.

18:31  Tayo, Frankie and JJ discuss what Biggie is going to do with the Freeze task. Tayo is not worried about them bringing snakes into the house while they freeze. 

18:19  A very tired Nhlanhla chats to Biggie about the extravaganza, he gives a shoutout to Kacey Moore and some of the other evicted housemates. He is finding what is happening in the house draining and is exhausted. He says he is going to try play around with Goitse and Sipe this week, create a rift between them to up the games intensity a bit. 

18:08  Samantha laments that she still hasn't won the extravaganza yet. She was not as sad last night about the evictions as she was in the previous weeks. She says that Tayo is rubbing her up the wrong way.

18:06  Trezagah is sad that he lost his first extravaganza task. He is worried about being nominated. He wishes Idris all the best as Head of House.

17:22  Macky 2 talks about playing his game and that the game is "really and truly on."

17:16  JJ is talking about Idris in the diary room,

17:06  Permithias is in the diary room. He feels he is misunderstood.

16:40  Two sumo wrestlers enter the house, #BBFreeze,


16:03  M'am Bea is in the diary room, she finds Macky 2 difficult and is arrogant.

Mabea:am nt really happy cos we lost d extravaganza,missed emotions here & there. #BBHotshots my least fav is macky2 cos he's nt very humble

15:46  Nhlanhla and Sheillah are back to their cozy selves, lying on the couch staring into each others eyes.

15:25  The housemates all have a laugh about what just happened.

15:11  Biggie makes everyone freeze and this happened...

14:58  The rain piours down as JJ and Permithias catch up on some gym time.

14:43  Biggie introduces the "Freeze task." Biggie is going to have fun, the stakes are high, as those who fail to freeze as per Biggies instruction, the housemates will automatically be put up for nomination next week.

14:39  Mr.265 is eating from a tub while HoH is called into the diary room.

14:21  Biggie accepts the 100% wager from the new Head of House.

14:13  Idris's first task as HoH is to introduce "Comedy week" to the housemates.

13:54  Idris wins Head of House!!

13:30 Housemates start fretting about nominations and working on tasks for the week. JJ says if they place a 100% wager, they must give 100% for the preparation.

13:11 Housemates wait for the Head of Task to start, sitting around the house wondering who has to wash the dishes.

12:34  Biggie announces that the first round is null and void as it appears to be too difficult for the housemates, a new round is announced with the target being brought closer.

12:28  Butterphly and Idris are leading the race to be in line for HoH.

12:09 JJ reads the brief for the Head of House qualifier.

11:51 Idris tells the other housemates about his military service.

11:36 Housemates lounge around the house chatting about relationships and sport.

11:22  Trezagah discusses the only thing that he would not enjoy about being HoH is to be on call all of the time.

11:04  Tayo, Idris and Mr.265 sing in the kitchen while Nhlanhla is STILL eating!

10:50  M'am Bea, Goitse and Sipe lie on a bed and talk about varsity days "If you are single you must move downstairs, if you have a partner..."

10:25  Everyone seems tired from the vocalizing this morning, and their gm session: some more so than others. Biggie tells everyone to go back indoors.


10:16 Trezagah heads to the laundry room to freshen up.

10:02 Permithias jokes about Biggie, saying he never has a bad day and he's "always fine".

09:45 The morning is underway as housemates eat breakfast, work out in the gym and head to the shower.

09:31 Permithias sings to himself as he cooks in the kitchen.


09:17 Breakfast time in the Big Brother Africa house!

09:04 Voices warmed up, some of the housemates move outside to work their bodies with the gym equipment.

08:48 Housemates continue their vocal training.

08:30 RJ Benjamin is back in the house.
